They don't say in their heart, 'Let us now fear the LORD our God, who gives rain, both the former and the latter, in its season; who preserves to us the appointed weeks of the harvest.'

"Be glad then, you children of Zion,and rejoice in The LORD, your God;for he gives you the former rain in just measure,and he causes the rain to come down for you,the former rain and the latter rain,as before.

"I also have withheld the rain from you,when there were yet three months to the harvest;and I caused it to rain on one city,and caused it not to rain on another city.One place was rained on,and the piece where it didn't rain withered.
